Assisted Growth Interns (Business Development Interns)

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in researching, identifying, connecting, and onboarding high-volume shippers (SMEs, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, eCommerce & D2C brands).
• Support the sales cycle — prospecting, outreach, demos, and follow-ups.
• Engage with potential clients and help nurture long-term relationships.
• Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.
• Work closely with founders and the core team on growth experiments and client acquisition.

Requirements

• 0 years of experience required–ideally freshers. Experienced are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and local language.
• Go-getter attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to build rapport easily.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Any graduate degree is acceptable.
• Preferred: BBA or any related field.
