Assisted Growth Intern (Business Development Intern) Company: UrekaBox (A flagship product of Vistaaram Quant Labs) Location: Surat, Gujarat (Hybrid: On-ground client visits + Work-from-home) Type: Internship (3–6 months) About UrekaBox UrekaBox is a B2B/B2C logistics intelligence SaaS platform helping eCommerce, D2C brands, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers automate and scale their shipping operations. With integrations across top courier partners, real-time visibility, and intelligent freight matching, UrekaBox enables businesses to deliver faster and scale smarter. We are now looking for Assisted Growth Interns (Business Development Interns) in Gujarat who are passionate about sales, logistics, and SaaS, and want to gain hands-on experience working with a fast-growing startup. Role & Responsibilities Assist in researching, identifying, connecting, and onboarding high-volume shippers (SMEs, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, eCommerce & D2C brands). Support the sales cycle — prospecting, outreach, demos, and follow-ups. Engage with potential clients and help nurture long-term relationships. Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy. Work closely with founders and the core team on growth experiments and client acquisition. Requirements 0 years of experience required–ideally freshers. Experienced are also welcome. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and local language. Go-getter attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to build rapport easily. Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment. Qualifications Any graduate degree is acceptable.
