E-commerce Sales Executive Location: Gurugram, India Experience: 1–3 years in eCommerce/agency sales Industry: E-commerce | Digital Marketing | Marketplace Management ________________________________________ About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to join our fast-growing eCommerce agency. The role involves onboarding new sellers and converting leads into paying clients across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Amazon.com (Global Selling), Shopify, and custom CMS platforms. You will also promote our digital marketing and D2C services to help clients scale efficiently. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach • Identify potential sellers via LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and cold calling • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads • Run outreach campaigns and track engagement Sales & Client Conversion • Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings with sellers • Understand client needs and offer tailored eCommerce and digital marketing solutions • Share proposals and close deals on fixed pricing models Account Management & Upselling • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients • Maintain long-term relationships and upsell services such as: o Marketplace Advertising o Paid Digital Marketing (Google, Meta) o D2C Website Development • Update CRM tools to track sales performance and client growth Market Research & Strategy • Stay updated on eCommerce and digital marketing trends • Monitor competitor offerings and seller pain points • Provide insights to the internal team to enhance service positioning ________________________________________ Who Should Apply We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about eCommerce and sales. You should have: • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce sales, agency sales, or business development • Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C operations. • Proven ability in cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and WhatsApp marketing • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Self-driven attitude with a focus on results and client success.
