• CRM Management

• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support their goals with data-driven insights.
• Provide regular reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

• Process Optimization

• Continuously refine data extraction and mining processes to improve efficiency and output quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience

  : Minimum of 2–2.5 years in backend business development, data mining, or data extraction roles.

• Technical Skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation tools.

• Analytical Skills

  : Strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Communication

  : Good written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
