Dynamic Pixel Multimedia Solutions is a 14+ year old e-learning development organization and Certified Moodle Partner. We specialize in custom Moodle plugin development, e-learning content design, and corporate training solutions. Our product portfolio includes KnowxBox (a soft-skills microlearning library) and partnerships with mConnect, Compilatio, and Edwiser.
We are now looking for a passionate Business Developer to drive business growth across corporate, institutional, and international segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and reach out to potential clients in corporate, government, and educational sectors.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in e-learning and L&D domains.
• Sales & Business Growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations for solutions such as Moodle customization, e-learning content, and KnowxBox courses.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders (including GeM bids).
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team for solution design and proposal preparation.
• Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with marketing, project, and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
• Market Development & Branding
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
• Suggest marketing collaterals, campaigns, and partnership strategies to strengthen market presence.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships (preferably in E-Learning / EdTech / SaaS / LMS / Training Solutions).
• Strong understanding of L&D, Moodle, SCORM, and digital learning ecosystems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing collaboration.
