a) Identify and reach out to potential clients in corporate, government, and educational sectors.
b) Research #market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in e-learning and L&D domains.
a) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
b) Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations for solutions such as Moodle customization, e-learning content, and KnowxBox courses.
c) Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders (including GeM bids).
a) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
b) Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team for solution design and proposal preparation.
a) Work closely with #marketing, project, and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
b) Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
a) Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
b) Suggest #marketing collaterals, campaigns, and partnership strategies to strengthen market presence.
