Senior Business Developer

If you are passionate about creating impact at the grassroots level through innovative community development approaches, we would love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to create detailed business plans. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal departments to optimize client satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Lead and train account handling teams to manage clients in different geographies. - Work with different departments to align efforts with the company's mission and vision. - Monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare Business MIS. **Key Skillsets:** - Deep understanding of opportunities for a strong digital strategy, business innovation, and establishing partnerships. - Experience in formal project planning, management, and delivery, including needs assessment and priority setting. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to build, lead, motivate, and create a strong team. - Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Proficient in essential communication skills, presentations, public meetings, and group facilitation. - Regular and in-depth use of computers, Internet, email systems, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms. **Basic Requirements:** - Minimum of 12 years of business development and revenue generation experience in technology and digital solutions for the Agri industry. - Proven success in sales, client management, and operational execution. **Additional Requirements:** - Degree in Dairy/Agri/Rural Management Field. - Strong knowledge of dairy processing and technology solutions in the dairy industry will be considered an advantage. - Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the agriculture market, specifically in Dairytech/Agritech industry.
