About the Role

MindRuby Technologies is looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving successful project outcomes. You will collaborate closely with our technical teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that align with client needs.

 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive direct sales through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling — managing the entire sales cycle from

    lead generation to closure.

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple client opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field;

    MBA preferred.

  • 4–8 years

    of experience in

    IT sales or business development

    , ideally in

    international markets.

  • Proven experience managing the full

    sales cycle

    — from lead generation to closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and proposal management tools.
  • Hands-on experience in

    direct sales

    is essential.
