As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a Client Servicing & Operations Executive to strengthen the backend setup that makes our ambitious projects come to life. Role Overview This is an entry-level , full-time role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to operations in the martech, events, and creative tech space. You’ll support the client servicing and operations teams in managing project workflows , vendor coordination , tech logistics , and campaign execution . From pitch decks to on-ground setups, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly — behind the scenes and on the field. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Prepare structured decks, documentation, timelines, and reports for ongoing campaigns Assist with vendor research, onboarding, and coordination (fabricators, tech teams, AV vendors, etc.) Manage logistics and support setup for on-ground tech installations and events Maintain project trackers, checklists, documentation logs, and invoicing records Join internal and external meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items Be available for on-site support at event locations during setup, testing, and live execution Organize files, decks, and operational workflows across different platforms Key Skills & Requirements 0–1 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or project coordination Excellent communication and coordination skills (written + verbal) Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (must be comfortable working with timelines and trackers) Highly organized, reliable, and detail-focused Interest in martech, creative technology, or events Comfortable multitasking across creative, operational, and logistical workflows Willingness to travel for events and work from our Andheri East office full-time Basic understanding of production, tech setups, or event logistics is a bonus What We Offer Hands-on experience in experiential tech and martech project execution Opportunity to work on live projects for top brands and large-scale events Exposure to AR/VR, projection mapping, CGI, VFX , and other emerging formats A fast-paced but collaborative work culture with steep learning opportunities Real ownership of tasks and room to grow with the company Competitive salary and early access to new tools and creative workflows
