Operations Executive

1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or event logistics

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflows across vendor coordination, tech installations, logistics, and live event execution. From setting up on-site to managing trackers and invoices, you’ll be part of the backbone that keeps our operations running seamlessly.

• Manage

  vendor coordination and logistics

  for projects (fabricators, AV partners, manpower agencies, etc.)
• Assist with

  setup and testing

  during events and tech installations
• Maintain

  records, trackers, and documentation logs

• Provide

  on-site support

  during rehearsals and live activations
• Ensure

  timely follow-ups

  with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution

• 1–2 years

  of experience in operations, event logistics, or project coordination
• Strong

  organizational and multitasking skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

  for trackers and reports

• Willingness to travel

  for events and be present during on-site setups
• Interest in

  martech, events, or creative technology

  is a plus

• Hands-on exposure to

  live events and experiential operations
