Job description: Event Operations Executive Objective: The selected candidate will ensure the seamless logistical and on-site execution of all company events, from pre-planning through post-event wrap-up. Maintain full ownership of the operational lifecycle for assigned events, ensuring all timelines and quality standards are met. Identify logistical requirements, research and coordinate vendor solutions, and manage on-site execution to deliver high-quality, professional events. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and managing detailed event plans, run-downs, and schedules for conferences, launches, and virtual events. Source, negotiate, and manage all operational vendors (AV, catering, venue, production) and logistics contracts. Manage registrations, ticketing, delegate communications , and all necessary permits/licenses. Serve as the primary on-site contact , supervising venue setup, technical production, and teardown. Act as the lead problem-solver during events, quickly and calmly addressing unexpected issues. Conduct expense tracking, budget reconciliation , and contribute to post-event evaluation reports. Requirements: Proven experience (typically 1-3 years ) in Event Operations, Event Coordination, or Hospitality. Exceptional organizational skills, time management , and meticulous attention to detail. Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with event management tools.
