Job Description

As an Event Operations Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of various events, including weddings. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing overall event operations from planning to execution. - Coordinating with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and services. - Handling logistics, setup, and on-site management during events. - Liaising with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met. - Overseeing wedding events to maintain quality standards and ensure a smooth flow. - Maintaining event budgets and timelines. - Resolving any on-ground issues quickly and effectively. - Preparing post-event reports and feedback. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in event management or hospitality. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. - Knowledge of local vendors and venues is a plus. - Flexibility to work on weekends or late hours during events if required.
