About Us : We are a fast-growing startup building SaaS products and web applications, including custom CRMs. We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can manage, mentor, and build alongside our development team while steering the product vision. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of 68 engineers. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely milestone delivery. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications/ custom CRM systems. Optimize system architecture for performance, scalability, and security. Contribute to backend, frontend, and mobile development when needed. Debug and resolve high-priority issues quickly. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. Balance product delivery with long-term maintainability. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. Conduct regular code reviews and maintain documentation. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Full-Stack Developer in SaaS or custom CRM projects. Core expertise: MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. Proficient with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Experience with Firebase Authentication, Google OAuth, and third-party API integrations. Cloud deployment experience on Vercel and AWS. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Startup or high-paced environment experience preferred.
