About The Role
We are looking for a
skilled and detail-oriented Business Development Manager
who will be responsible for driving the
strategic direction, growth, and success for sirrus.ai
. The BDM will be responsible for driving
sales
and
managing client relationships within the real estate sector
. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong background in
SaaS sales, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base within the real estate sector
- Drive the development and enhancement of SaaS products, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and technological advancements
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at real estate firms, including property developers, asset managers, property managers, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
- Understand clients' business objectives, pain points, and challenges, and position our SaaS solutions as value-added tools to address their needs
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the benefits and capabilities of our software products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product Development, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions within CRM.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- SaaS Sales for AI & Tech – Experience in selling AI-driven and technology-enabled SaaS solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions and use cases for advanced tech in real estate and related sectors.
- Significant exposure to SaaS, B2B and client relationship in real estate sector with 7-9 years of experience.
- Strategic Sales Planning & Execution – Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth. Strong leadership experience with ability to manage cross-functional teams and agencies.
- B2B SaaS Sales Expertise – Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and full sales cycle management, from lead generation to closing complex deals. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and execution capabilities.
- Real Estate Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with real estate stakeholders (e.g., property developers, asset/property managers) and sector-specific challenges. Real estate tech and SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities, and inform product development or go-to-market strategies
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills for building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
