About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary UX Lead to lead our UX/UI design team in crafting exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UX/UI principles, a strong background in design-led product development, and the ability to bridge the gap between business vision and design execution. This role demands hands-on leadership to manage a talented team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless product development aligned with user-centric goals. Key Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to understand business vision, objectives, and user needs. Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for the design team. Act as a liaison between design, product, technology, AI, and other relevant teams. Conduct regular walkthroughs of designs and prototypes with product, tech, and AI teams to ensure alignment. Advocate for user-centered design principles while addressing technical feasibility and business requirements. Ensure the UX vision is aligned with the overall product strategy and roadmap. Stay on top of UX/UI trends, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Oversee the design process, from user research to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and implementation. Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. Anticipate challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track. Lead and manage the UX/UI design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Qualifications And Skills Minimum 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a team. A creative thinker with the ability to translate complex challenges into elegant and user-friendly solutions. Adept at balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. Preferred Qualifications Experience in design-led product development companies or tech-driven organizations. Exposure to working with AI-powered tools and applications. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Why Join Us?
