With 4+ years of experience, you will be a part of our design team, crafting innovative solutions that redefine business roadmaps and goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Think, analyze, strategize, and iterate to create impactful user experiences. - Be receptive to suggestions and criticism while maintaining a resilient spirit. - Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to meet client needs. - Scope design efforts effectively and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. - Demonstrate a keen eye for design principles, layout, alignment, and visualization. - Understand clients and users deeply to apply strategic design thinking to solve real-world problems. - Prioritize usability, minimalism, and simplicity in design solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Awareness of UX approaches and methodologies such as research, interviews, personas, wireframing, and prototyping. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to mentor designers on the latest design trends and maintain a positive team spirit. - Capability to work independently and motivate team members to take ownership of their tasks. - Collaborate effectively with Delivery leadership, Marketing, and internal Stakeholders. - Possess good communication skills and thrive in a team environment. - A sense of humor is a plus!
