About The Role We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-focused Associate Product Manager to support strategic areas across building the product and new business initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, technology to define the product roadmap, drive data-backed decision-making, and manage executive reporting with business stakeholders. What You’ll Do Own a key product area and the roadmap end-to-end and Drive concept to go-live and incremental improvements understanding requirements from cross-functional business teams Drive data-led decisions in defining the product & measure outcomes to drive continuous improvements Conduct structured problem-solving & hypothesis-driven analysis to drive product and business decisions Perform detailed data and business analysis, identify gaps, generate insights, and identify improvement areas Create high-quality executive presentations and business reviews for leadership, including Annual Operating Plans and metrics tracking Own dashboards and executive reporting for business review and weekly Man-Coms Drive cross-functional initiatives partnering with operations, marketing, and sales teams You Are An Ideal Fit If MBA from a top-tier institute with 2+ years of post-MBA experience in product, strategy, or consulting Has independently owned key products or product modules, defined and owned product Strong business acumen with a structured approach to problem-solving Excellent PowerPoint & storytelling skills — ability to convert insights into executive decks Proficiency in Excel and data analysis incl. building hypothesis and driving insights Experience working on Annual Operating Plans, plans, and cross-functional reviews Comfortable working in fast-paced environments managing multiple stakeholders and actions parallelly Excellent communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer First Livingspaces Pvt.
