Job Summary:

CADD Centre, Calicut is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Manager to lead centre operations, drive student admissions, and ensure the growth of the training business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales, and marketing skills, with a passion for education and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and overall administration of the training centre.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Lead marketing activities including digital marketing, institutional visits, and local promotions.
• Guide and supervise counselling, faculty, and support staff for smooth functioning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective student support and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate reports on enquiries, admissions, revenue, and team performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support in recruitment and training of centre staff.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to meet targets and close admissions or training deals.
• Marketing & Promotion: Experience with local marketing strategies, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle student queries and concerns effectively.
• Leadership & Team Management: Capable of motivating and guiding a team towards business goals.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. MBA or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Management preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a managerial or business development role, preferably in the education or training sector.
