About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue enterprise & MNC clients needing IT contract recruitment services.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Drive leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Qualify prospects and set meetings with decision-makers.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong ties with CXOs, Business Heads, and Strategy Leaders.
  • Deliver customized recruitment solutions based on client needs.

Sales Presentations & Closures:

  • Conduct impactful presentations and demos.
  • Negotiate contract terms to close deals confidently.

Market Insights:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, client pain points, and competitor strategies.
  • Share strategic input with leadership to optimize outreach efforts.

Reporting & Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Deliver performance reports and sales forecasts regularly.

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 2+ years of

      Sales experience

      ; background in

      IT staffing

      is a major plus.
    • Demonstrated success in closing deals with

      enterprise and MNC clients

      .
    • Stellar communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
    • Strong understanding of

      IT recruitment processes

      and

      industry dynamics

      .
    • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
    • Independent, proactive, and thrives in a startup-like culture.
