About the Role

Business Development Manager

sales experience in hospitality or SaaS


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

· Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

· Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region.

· Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and aligning solutions effectively.

· Generate local leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital outreach.

Account Management & Upselling

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

· Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account growth through strategic conversations.

Market Intelligence & Product Feedback

· Stay informed on regional hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.

· Work closely with product and tech teams to suggest enhancements based on market needs and client feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute region-specific campaigns and events.

· Work with customer success and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.

Reporting & CRM

· Maintain up-to-date records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

· Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.


Key Requirements

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
