Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close

    new business opportunities

    in schools, colleges, universities, and coaching institutes
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies and plans

    to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Conduct

    product presentations and demos

    for decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements
  • Build and maintain

    strong, long-term relationships

    with institutional clients
  • Collaborate with the

    marketing, implementation, and product teams

    to ensure client satisfaction and feedback-driven improvements
  • Stay up to date with

    industry trends, competitors, and product developments

  • Utilize CRM tools

    to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience

    in

    B2B sales

    in the EdTech, ERP, or educational services domain
  • Strong understanding of

    education sector workflows, challenges, and decision cycles

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic reporting tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Ability to travel within the region for client meetings and product demonstrations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling

    school/institute ERP systems, LMS platforms, or SaaS-based education tools

  • Existing network of school principals, trustees, or institutional decision-makers

  • Ability to handle long sales cycles

    and multiple stakeholders
