The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer support and account management. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. The role also involves regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of our product. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention IT Professionals Required Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management Strong Analytical Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
