Key Responsibilities: - Market Development - Identify and evaluate potential international markets based on demand, competition, and regulatory landscape. - Develop market-entry plans and strategies for assigned regions. - Conduct ongoing research to track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, pricing patterns, and customer needs. - Partner & Distributor Management - Identify, assess, and onboard international distributors, channel partners, and clinical networks. - Conduct product training, review performance metrics, and manage operational escalations. - Build strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent business generation. - Sales & Revenue Responsibilities - Develop and maintain international sales pipelines. - Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close international sales opportunities. - Work with internal teams on documentation, export processes, and partner coordination. - Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with Clinical, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and QARA teams for region-specific requirements. - Support international product demonstrations, workshops, and conferences. - Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product improvements. - Documentation & Compliance - Ensure all export, regulatory, and compliance documents are prepared according to country-specific requirements. - Work closely with internal compliance and quality teams for certifications and regulatory submissions. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in international business development, global sales, or channel partner management. - Preferred domain exposure: Medical Devices, Healthcare Solutions, Pharma, Biotech, or Technology Products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Experience working with distributors or international clients. - Ability to work independently and manage multi-country responsibilities. - Understanding of commercial frameworks, export documentation, and basic regulatory norms.
