Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential clients (B2B & B2I), managing business development strategies, and building customer relationships. The role encompasses evaluating market trends, negotiating contracts, setting sales goals, and collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives. Moreover, the candidate will analyze sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and identify opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Acquisition
• Ability to conduct market research and create strategies for growth and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to monitor and optimize performance
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and build partnerships
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• A bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the IT services and solutions industry is a plus
