Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and growing the company's customer base. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, developing and implementing growth strategies, preparing proposals, keeping up with market trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Business Development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical skills for identifying market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and services, including Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and other investment instruments, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, along with the ability to prepare detailed business proposals.
