The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Scope of Work: Approach previous (inactive), current (active) and new clients and try to create new joint ventures of win-win businesses, Develop a sophisticated relationship with the clients and agents in the assigned region, Assist in developing a comprehensive strategy for each assigned country to protect existing businesses, increase frequencies, establish new businesses and review this strategy annually, Build productive relationships with key airline/operator representatives and agents bodies to advance the aviation business development strategy, Prepare high quality business cases for presentation to customers as a component of strategy implementation and present business cases to customers, Assist in the preparation of commercial offers, agreements and incentive packages that reflect commercially negotiated outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented
