We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager with a sharp eye for high-intent leads , hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and proven success in cold outreach — especially for SaaS or Tech Services . This isn’t a "spray and pray" job. It’s about precision prospecting . You’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline, expanding our reach, and turning cold leads into booked calls. What You’ll Own: Drive qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold email, and Upwork/Fiverr if relevant. Build, manage, and optimize lead funnels — weekly reports, ICP alignment, and conversion tracking. Execute high-quality outbound campaigns tailored to decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, HR Heads). Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and cold email templates that convert. Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing, retargeting, and feedback loops.
