Role Overview

Crebos is hiring an AI & Business Automation Expert (Freelancer / Part-Time)

not a pure developer role

business logic first

What you’ll do -

  • Look at any business process and instantly identify what can be automated
  • Convert messy workflows into clean, efficient AI-powered systems
  • Build internal automation for Ops, Delivery, HR, Finance, Marketing & PM
  • Build AI assistants for internal teams
  • Integrate ClickUp, CRM, Email, Slack/Chat, and databases
  • Work closely with leadership to reduce manual work and increase speed

You should have experience with -

  • AI agents / LLM-based workflows
  • Zapier / Make / n8n
  • Python automation
  • API integrations + webhook logic
  • RPA tools (optional, good to have)

  • Business-first thinker
  • Strong clarity in logic and workflow design
  • Practical problem solver — no overengineering
  • Delivers fast and iterates fast
  • Can own automation end-to-end
