Commission-Based Upwork Bidder / Lead Generation Pro

Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-potential projects on

  Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.

• Write persuasive, customised proposals and follow up strategically.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with Crebos delivery teams for alignment.
• Maintain accurate tracking of bids, responses, and conversion metrics.
• Report weekly performance and share feedback to improve bidding strategy.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience winning projects on

  Upwork or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of

  IT / SaaS/software development

  sales.
• Excellent written English and client communication skills.
• Self-driven, organised, and hungry to close deals.
• Comfortable working on a

  commission-only structure

  (high earning potential).
