Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for the recruitment consultancy by identifying, qualifying, and closing staffing mandates across permanent, contract, and RPO models.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and sector-specific lead generation.
- Own end-to-end client lifecycle: consult on hiring needs, craft proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure successful delivery with recruiting teams.
- Collaborate with delivery and sourcing teams to align candidate supply with client SLAs and maintain high placement conversion rates.
- Track and report KPIs—revenue, pipeline velocity, win-rate, client retention—and continuously optimize sales tactics to meet targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships through regular business reviews, upsell opportunities, and market insight-driven consultative selling.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales / business development experience in recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills: ability to map client needs, position recruitment services, and close deals.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, negotiating commercial terms, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure placement success.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and comfortable working with sales KPIs and forecasts.
Preferred
- Domain experience selling into technology, finance, or professional services verticals and familiarity with permanent/contract/RPO models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and a consultative approach to client relationships.
