The Role About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
