Job Description

Nuevosol

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new industries & customers for precision machined and fabricated components.
Leverage existing network to secure prototype and production orders from OEMs and tier suppliers.
Work closely with design & manufacturing teams to convert customer requirements into deliverable products.
Build long-term relationships with procurement and engineering teams of target clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines to ensure proﬁtability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

15+ years of business development / sales experience in precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing.
Strong network in automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, or related sectors.
Proven track record of securing high-value manufacturing orders.
Technical understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and quality requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualiﬁcation:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related technical discipline.
MBA in Marketing / Business Development (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, precision machining, and fabrication techniques.
