At NB ALPHA OMEGA, we’re building a results-driven and high-accountability culture, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced, proactive, and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our US IT Staffing vertical.
🔍 What We're Looking For -
✅ 5–10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing (Business Development or Bench Sales)
✅ Deep understanding of 1099/C2C
✅ Strong connections with direct clients, prime vendors, MSPs, and VMS partners
✅ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
✅ Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
✅ High ownership mindset and the ability to drive full sales cycles independently
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✅ Based in Hyderabad and open to working from the office
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients and prime vendors
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, MSPs, and VMS partners
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal recruiters to deliver quality candidates
- Manage vendor onboarding and ensure seamless integration with internal processes
- Drive lead generation via cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
- Negotiate contracts, billing rates, and terms with clients and partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management and client communications
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
