For more details, please visit www.kitaabh.com ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growth team, with a primary focus on expanding our footprint in the assigned region. This role requires a hands-on, target-driven individual who can lead client acquisition efforts, build strong channel partnerships, and drive revenue growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive end-to-end sales efforts including channel partner appointments, lead generation, client meetings, pitching, and deal closures. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region/territory. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Represent Kitaabh at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. REQUIREMENT 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions. Proven track record in field sales and client acquisition. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
