Business Development Manager

Experience: 5–8 years in IT Sales (Graphic Design & Web Development Services)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales for our graphic design and web development services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for 

  graphic design & web development projects

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through networking, calls, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design & development teams for solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies
• He/she should know how to generate the outbound leads through multiple mediums.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven experience in 

  IT sales / BDM role

   (preferably in design & web solutions)
• Strong understanding of 

  graphic design, branding, websites, and digital solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
