About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to
spearhead sales for our graphic design and web development services. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in IT sales, outstanding communication skills, and the ability
to successfully manage and grow international client accounts across the USA, Australia,
and European markets.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for graphic design and web development
services.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on
clients in the USA, Australia, and Europe.
Engage with international clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, ensuring
clear understanding of their requirements.
Collaborate with design and development teams to propose tailored solutions.
Prepare professional proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while driving business growth.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving technologies.
Proactively generate outbound leads through multiple channels.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for prospecting and pipeline
building.
Requirements
58 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development, specifically for
graphic design, branding, websites, and digital solutions.
Minimum 3 years of direct experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or
Apollo.io - this is a mandatory requirement.
Proven experience in successfully handling and closing clients from the USA,
Australia, and European markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for international
clients.
Comfortable with any Shift
Ability to work independently, handle complex sales cycles, and deliver measurable
results.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
