About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to
spearhead sales for our graphic design and web development services. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in IT sales, outstanding communication skills, and the ability
to successfully manage and grow international client accounts across the USA, Australia,
and European markets.
Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities for graphic design and web development
• services.
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on
• clients in the USA, Australia, and Europe.
• Engage with international clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, ensuring
• clear understanding of their requirements.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare professional proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while driving business growth.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving technologies.
• Proactively generate outbound leads through multiple channels.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for prospecting and pipeline
• building.
Requirements
• 5–8 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development, specifically for
• graphic design, branding, websites, and digital solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or
• Apollo.io - this is a mandatory requirement.
• Proven experience in successfully handling and closing clients from the USA,
• Australia, and European markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for international
• clients.
• Comfortable with any Shift
• Ability to work independently, handle complex sales cycles, and deliver measurable
• results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
