Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your role involves leading strategic partnerships and IoT solutions. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term techno-commercial relationships with key software vendors. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in system architecture, OS, multimedia (image, video, audio, and AI), along with knowledge of software processes, lifecycle, and mobile SoC architecture. Your analytical skills and ability to think strategically will be essential in achieving short-term goals and gaining a long-term competitive advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyzing market trends, customer needs, competition, and technology to enhance product offerings and drive deals that address application developer pain points. - Identifying product gaps based on market analysis and ecosystem demands to develop new features that meet customer needs. - Collaborating with Technology Product Management team to define partner ecosystem tactics and strategies, as well as key product KPIs for tracking progress. - Selling data-driven solutions to facilitate digital transformation in businesses. - Engaging in Go-To-Market strategies, strategic partnerships, business development, and solution sales. - Creating techno-commercial proposals and supporting the response to RFP/RFQ/RFI. - Designing digital technology solutions, including Edge and Hybrid applications as a Solutions Architect. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategy with an emphasis in Engineering. - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering preferred. - Demonstrated experience and connections in global wireless and Internet industries. - Ability to analyze complex business problems, develop clear presentations for executive audiences, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-driven, motivated, and strong persuasive skills. You will be expected to travel to customer and partner sites as necessary to align on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
