Roles & Responsibilities: Generate admissions through continuous lead generation using ATL & BTL marketing activities (e.g., school seminars, open-town events) Meet admission targets by visiting schools and engaging with principals, coordinators, and management Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, ensuring a pleasant customer experience and closing admissions Build partnerships with local tuition teachers to explore and capitalize on business opportunities Follow internal processes and ensure full compliance with organizational guidelines Requirements for Success: Strong customer handling, empathy, patience, and persuasive sales abilities Excellent networking and public speaking skills for conducting seminars Proficient in email writing and sales/service-related software usage Fluent in both English and regional languages Willingness to travel and speak publicly as part of the role
