We are looking for an onsite Business Development Manager to be based in our Hyderabad office. You should genuinely enjoy opening doors, meeting people, and connecting clients with solutions that actually help. Your primary focus will be to generate qualified B2B leads and convert them into long-term relationships and signed services engagements.
You will work closely with the founders and core team from our office, and you will often represent Neuraforz in face-to-face client meetings, workshops, and presentations. If you like being in the middle of the action, collaborating in person, and helping shape a growing, founder-led company, this role is for you.
· Own the full business development cycle for B2B services—from prospecting and first contact through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
· Proactively identify and research target companies and decision makers that are a good fit for Neuraforz’s AI and automation services.
· Run structured discovery sessions—both onsite and virtual—to understand a prospect’s business context, pain points, current workflows, and success criteria.
· Work closely with our founders and delivery leads, based in the office, to shape tailored solution options, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs).
· Prepare and deliver clear, confident presentations and capability overviews at the office, at client locations, or events.
· Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, with up-to-date notes, next steps, stakeholders, and realistic probabilities.
· Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, case studies, and outreach campaigns that resonate with our target segments.
· Nurture relationships with prospects over time—even when the timing isn’t right yet—so that Neuraforz stays top of mind.
· Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients by understanding their roadmap and where AI/automation can add value.
· Share candid feedback from the market and client conversations so we can continuously refine our offerings and how we talk about them.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management for IT services, consulting, or digital/AI/automation offerings.
· A track record of generating qualified B2B leads and closing services deals (not just product sales).
· Comfortable meeting and presenting to senior stakeholders in person (e.g., founders, CXOs, Heads of Operations, IT, or Transformation).
· Strong communication skills in English—clear, honest, and able to adjust your style for different audiences; fluency in local languages is a plus.
· A consultative approach: you listen more than you talk at the start, and you ask thoughtful questions before suggesting solutions.
· Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office on all standard working days and travel to client sites or events as needed.
· Basic familiarity with how AI, automation, and data can improve business processes, even if you’re not a deep technical expert.
· Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and documentation.
· Experience selling AI, RPA, or automation projects that involve measurable process improvement or cost savings.
· Exposure to industries such as healthcare, revenue cycle management, financial services, logistics, or other process-heavy domains.
· Background working with or selling into small and mid-sized businesses, startups, or founder-led organizations.
· Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
· Experience conducting in-person workshops, discovery sessions, or demos at client sites.
This is a full-time onsite role based out of our Hyderabad office. You will work closely with the leadership and delivery teams each day, with frequent in-person collaboration, whiteboarding sessions, and client meetings. Travel to client locations or events will be part of the role when needed.

· Closed deals that lead to successful delivery, measurable business impact for clients, and repeat business for Neuraforz.
