Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Business Development Manager at DR Infosoft Pvt. Ltd., located in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi, India. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of digital marketing solutions—such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Content Marketing—and will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, closing high-value deals, and identifying new market opportunities.


Note: It is an on-site role. Please apply only if you are comfortable working from the office.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects across various industries.

• Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, and research.

• Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution pitches to prospective clients.


2. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and deal closure.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements and business goals.


3. Client Relationship Management

• Foster and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with new and existing clients.

• Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

• Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.


4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market demands to identify growth areas.

• Provide strategic insights to refine service offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.

• Explore new verticals, niches, and strategic partnership opportunities to expand business reach.


5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with digital marketing, creative, content, and delivery teams to align client expectations with execution.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and share regular performance updates with management.

• Participate in internal strategy discussions, contributing ideas to accelerate business growth.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue and sales targets.

• Number and quality of new client acquisitions.

• Client retention rate and satisfaction metrics.

• Growth and conversion ratio of the sales pipeline.

• Contribution to strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in business development within digital marketing, advertising, or related domains.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.) is a must.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.

• Existing network of potential clients or industry contacts.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
