Sales executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive for DR Infosoft Pvt. Ltd, a digital marketing company in New Delhi. The Sales Executive must have 2-3 years of experience in selling digital marketing services and customized software solutions. They identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals, leveraging their knowledge of digital marketing strategies and software features. Key responsibilities include lead generation, sales presentations, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Engage with existing customers via inbound/outbound calls

The role requires a high degree of resilience, the ability to handle stress, and maintain a positive attitude.

·      Promote tailored plans and services

·      Apply retention, upselling, and cross-selling strategies

·      Maintain high standards in service, compliance, and documentation

·      Meet performance goals in quality, efficiency, and conversion

Must Have Qualifications:

·      Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills

·      Knowledge of market research and sales analytics

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·      Experience in the software or IT services industry is a plus

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field preferred
