Role Description

Netpuppys is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our digital marketing services division. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling digital marketing solutions, building client relationships, and achieving business targets in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Branding, Website Services, etc.)
  • Identify and qualify leads through networking, outbound outreach, and digital channels
  • Present Netpuppys’ digital solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value and ROI
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing innovations
  • Represent Netpuppys at conferences, networking events, and online forums

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and business development for digital marketing services
  • Strong understanding of core digital marketing platforms and solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled in CRM and lead management systems
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred Experience

  • Prior work in a digital agency, marketing consultancy, or branding company
  • Existing network and industry contacts in SME, retail, or ecommerce segments
  • Experience selling to premium, luxury, or organic & Ayurvedic brands is a plus
