Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing

As an experienced professional in the field of Digital Marketing Agencies, you will be responsible for driving sales and executing successful business development strategies in India and abroad. Your main focus will be on winning new businesses and achieving agreed revenue and margin targets. It will be crucial for you to generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts, as well as to develop new business relationships. Your skills in writing compelling business proposals, along with great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills, will be essential. Additionally, having good negotiation skills will contribute to your success in this role. You will be expected to successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion, while keeping up to date and maintaining a strong knowledge of all things digital. Your qualifications will include a minimum of 3 years of experience in winning new business for Digital Marketing Agencies. Additionally, holding a Full Time MBA from a renowned institute or university will be a requirement for this position. In terms of skills, you should possess highly polished pitch and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Excellent communication and influencing skills will be necessary, along with expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships. You should have the ability to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships internally and externally, as well as work at speed and under pressure. Strong financial acumen, along with written and oral communication skills, will also be beneficial.
