Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy:

    Build and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive agency growth.
  • New Business Development:

    Identify, pursue, and close new clients across industries looking for performance-driven digital marketing solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

    Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, creative, and account teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay on top of digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to refine sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in

    sales, business development, or account management

    within a

    digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency

    .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services (performance marketing, lead generation, branding, web design & development).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
