Business Development Manager Digital Marketing

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and executing successful business development strategies for Digital Marketing Agencies in India and abroad. Your main focus will be on winning new businesses, achieving revenue and margin targets, and generating high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts. You will also be required to develop new business relationships and write compelling business proposals, showcasing your excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills. Additionally, your negotiation skills will play a key role in successfully managing the sales process from lead generation to conversion. It is essential that you maintain a strong knowledge of all things digital and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in winning new business for Digital Marketing Agencies. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a Full Time MBA from a renowned institute or university. Your skills should include highly polished pitch and presentation skills (both written and verbal), excellent communication and influencing abilities, expert networking skills, and the capacity to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships internally and externally. You should also be able to work at speed and under pressure, possess strong financial acumen, and demonstrate enthusiastic passion for digital, enjoying solving problems for clients.
