Our core mission is to drive impactful change across education, health, agriculture, and livelihood sectors, with a strong focus on community development and skill enhancement. --- Position Summary: We are inviting applications from dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Business Development Associate. The role demands strong conceptual and documentation skills, project proposal development, coordination with stakeholders, and strategic planning for program implementation. --- Key Responsibilities: # Prepare detailed project proposals, concept notes, presentations, bid documents, and analytical reports (monthly/quarterly/annual). # Monitor ongoing project activities and ensure effective training delivery and reporting. # Guide and direct implementation strategies for various social and community development programs. # Ensure quality control and timely review of program activities and outputs. # Coordinate and liaise with national, state, and district-level stakeholders. # Conduct market research and identify potential business expansion areas. # Forge strategic partnerships and negotiate collaborative agreements. # Create data-driven business development plans aligned with organizational goals. # Set and track KPIs, regularly report insights to senior management. # Explore new markets, develop pricing strategies, and prepare compelling proposals. # Continuously adapt and optimize strategies based on feedback and measurable outcomes. --- Qualifications & Experience: # Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, MBA, Rural Development, etc.). # Preferably 5 years of experience in rural sector/community development/water and sanitation projects. # Strong report writing, documentation, and communication skills (English & Hindi). # Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel. # Fresh postgraduates from reputed rural management institutes may also apply. --- Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills of the candidate. --- How to Apply: Please mention the Job ID in the subject line and email your CV along with a letter of interest to: Email: dres.vacancies@gmail.com Show more Show less
