Educational Qualification and Experience:

1. Business Strategy & Growth

·       Build a strong database of funding sources aligned with the organization's mission.

·       Build and maintain relationships with corporates, foundations, government bodies, and international agencies.

·       Research and identify new donors, CSR partners, government schemes, and grant opportunities.

2. Proposal Development & Fundraising

·       Engage with government departments for MoUs, approvals, and policy advocacy.

·       Experience with government portals like GeM, NGO DARPAN, or e-tender platforms is a plus.

• Excellent proposal writing and donor engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of social issues (education, health, livelihoods, etc.).

3. Partnerships & Alliances

·       Attend industry forums, CSR summits, and donor meets to represent the organization.

·       Develop partnerships for joint ventures or collaborative projects in the social sector.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

·       Coordinate with internal teams (program, finance, M&E) for technical inputs in proposals.

·       Ensure projects are designed to meet donor expectations, scalability, and social impact as well as profitability.
