Role:


Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth while also nurturing and managing client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying prospective clients, pitching agency capabilities, and onboarding new accounts. At the same time, you will ensure existing clients receive seamless servicing, campaign execution, and strategic guidance.


Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s client base
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
  • Lead pitches and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition
  • Research industry trends and target markets to strategically position our services

Client Servicing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects on time
  • Gather client feedback and work towards continuous improvement and satisfaction
  • Proactively manage expectations and troubleshoot any concerns or challenges

Coordination & Strategy

  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and operations teams to create compelling client proposals
  • Maintain accurate reports on lead generation, conversions, and client engagement metrics
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry innovations to provide strategic recommendations


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, client servicing, or account management, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A strategic thinker with a sales-oriented mindset and a passion for client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player
  • Experience in handling pitch presentations and winning new business is a strong advantage
