As the authorized distributor of *Selec On-Grid Inverters*, we are expanding our reach and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to fuel our next growth phase.
* Support dealer onboarding, order planning, and performance-based loyalty programs.
* Regularly report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the leadership team.
* Strong Kerala market knowledge & regional language fluency (Malayalam)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable with field visits, CRM tools, and digital communication (WhatsApp, email, catalog sharing)
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Energy
* Experience working with solar product OEMs or distributors is a big plus
